CHILDREN'S RATES (based on two full-paying guests):

• up to 2.99 years: flat rate €30.00

• 3 to 5.99 years: -60%

• 6 to 8.99 years: -50%

• 9 to 11.99 years: -40%

• 12 to 15.99 years: -30%

• from 16 years: -20% 

The mentioned rates are per person per day, including the gourmet half board and all the services listed below, plus the local tax of €2.50 per person per day (for guests aged 14 and older). Our rates include the legal VAT of 10%.

If you would like a single room (double room for single use), we charge between €30.00 and €35.00, depending on the season and room category.

• The South Tyrol GuestPass, which you will receive upon arrival, makes your holiday in southern South Tyrol particularly convenient and easy. It is valid throughout your entire stay and allows you to travel from A to B using public transportation, exploring your favorite destinations in South Tyrol.

• Check-In: On the day of arrival, your room will be ready from 2 PM. Rooms will be held until 6 PM. If you plan to arrive later, please inform us in advance.

• Check-Out: On the day of departure, rooms must be vacated by 10 AM.

• Parking: Free parking is available in front of the hotel. Underground parking spaces are available for €4.00 per day.

• Pets: We charge €20.00 per day for dogs (without food). Please bring your own blanket or basket. Kindly note that pets are not permitted in the dining room, pool area, sunbathing area, or wellness area.

• Room reservations are considered binding once both parties have provided written confirmation. No deposit is required.

• Cancellations are free of charge up to 15 days before the start of the holiday. We kindly ask for your understanding that in case of last-minute cancellations (late arrival or early departure), we will charge 80% of the booked stay. To avoid cancellation fees in the event of a short-term cancellation, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
