CHILDREN'S RATES (with two full-paying adults):

• up to 2.99 years: flat rate €30.00

• 3 to 5.99 years: -60%

• 6 to 8.99 years: -50%

• 9 to 11.99 years: -40%

• 12 to 15.99 years: -30%

• from 16 years: -20%

The above rates are per person, per day, including indulgence half-board and all listed inclusions, plus a local tax of €2.50 per person per day (from 14 years). Our rates include the legal VAT of 10%.

ROOMS AND SUITES:

• Lovingly and elegantly furnished rooms guarantee relaxing holiday days.

• Most rooms offer a wonderful view of the Dolomites and vineyards.

• All rooms are equipped with a balcony, shower/WC, bidet (some rooms), cosmetic mirror, hairdryer, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, safe, seating area, and sofa (in some rooms).

• Variations in room plans and furnishings may occur.

• Rates changes and errors are reserved

SOUTH TYROL GUEST PASS

As a special treat, all our guests receive the South Tyrol GuestPass: your personal advantage card for unlimited use of South Tyrol's public transport system, including several mountain lifts.

GOOD TO KNOW

• Surcharge for single room (double room for single use): €30.00 to €35.00 (depending on season and room category)

• Underground parking space: €4.00 per day

• Bathrobe rental: one-time fee of €4.00

• Dogs: €20.00 per day (excluding food). Please bring your own blanket or basket. Kindly note that pets are not allowed in the dining room, pool area, sunbathing lawn, and spa area.

• Meals: No price reduction is granted for missed meals.

• Accessibility: The lift provides easy access to all floors from the underground garage.

• Arrival: Rooms will be held until 6 p.m. For late arrivals, please notify us in advance.

• Check-In: Your room will be ready for check-in from 2 p.m. on the arrival day.

• Check-Out: Rooms must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the departure day.

• Reservations: Room reservations are considered binding once confirmed in writing by both parties. No deposit is required.

• Cancellations: Cancellations are free of charge up to 15 days before the start of your stay. Please understand that for late cancellations (late arrival or early departure), we will charge 80% of the booked stay. To avoid cancellation fees, we recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance.
